Refund Policy

Refunds will be offered in the event that you have purchased an item on this website only and have not redeemed your product in the time specified on the store page. Depending on the product, you may have also received an email with the same information. If you request a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund. If you redeem your code at any point during the refund process, you forfeit your refund. After we receive your request we will invalidate your code and attempt to refund you via the payment method you purchased with. If that method is unavailable for any reason we will contact you to discuss other refund options. This may add additional time to the 3-5 business days estimate and we thank you for your understanding.
